Hi everyone,
As you may have registered, I have withdrawn from the tournament in Queens. I made that decision because I wanted to prepare myself well for the second half of the season which starts on grass, especially for Wimbledon. I have a lot of respect for this tournament and its tradition. It's my first time in main draw singles, so I want to improve my singles record on grass - it's 1-6 now (mostly because of very bad quality of courts in Roehampton where the the qualifying tournament is held every year).
After we lost with Oliver to eventual French Open Champions on Tuesday, I came back to Prague on Wednesday night. On Thursday I went home to Lubin, where I relaxed a lot and spent time with my family. Now I'm already in training. On Thursday I fly to London, then by train to Eastbourne, where I play one more ATP 250 tournament before Wimbledon.
I'm very happy about my doubles ranking today! So another dream is coming true. Now I would like to come back to top 50 in singles and fight for more.
After Wimbledon I plan to play Stuttgart and Hamburg and then head to the US for hardcourt tournaments.
Lukasz
